WHAT IS THE CATTLE DRIVE?The Great Australian Outback Cattle Drive is an epic experience involving 500 head of cattle and 150 horses. You'll ride with some of Australia's finest drovers and relive a very real part of Australian history, droving cattle on horseback through the Outback. And you don't have to be an experienced rider to take part. This rewarding experience offers you the opportunity to re-live the glory years of Australia's Outback cattle drovers. Each Cattle Drive tour has its own highlights; each is five days and four nights. As the riders set off on their day's adventure, a support crew tends camp. The camp is a village of superior tent accommodation with facilities including hot showers, flushing toilets, bar, library and a kitchen of top caterers specialising in Australian cuisine. Every tour has its own camp, which remains in the same setting throughout the tour. It's a vibrant and comfortable environment where guests can unwind and savour their day's adventures. Enjoy the superb catering and unwind each evening beside a roaring campfire, under a canopy of stars.
